After downloading our product, you can contact us via email for assistance and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will attempt to respond via email with minor bug fixes and then update the core package. Content support is only provided to confirmed customers via ticket. Warranty

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for these services in any way. When our services are modified, we cannot guarantee that they will be compatible with all external plugins, modules or internet browsers. Program compatibility should be tested for the display format on the demo server. Please ensure that the program you use will be compatible with the component, as we cannot guarantee that our system will be compatible with all program combinations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Use

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or you may not violate any laws of your country (including but not limited to copyright laws) and the laws of your country and international laws when using the platform. Specifically, it is prohibited to use the products on our platform for pages that promote the following: violence, illegal threats, vulgar sexual entertainment, religious beliefs, obscene content or links to pirated software.

You may not imitate, copy, duplicate, sell, exchange or risk any part of us, use the content provided on our products or access the services without the express written permission of us or the owner of the product.

Our members are responsible for all content posted in the discussion and for the demonstrations and activities that occur under your account.

If we discover particularly impermissible behavior, we may immediately suspend your membership.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and any other actions taken against your account. You should promptly notify us of any unapproved use of your records or some other security breach

Payment/Refund Policy

No refunds or rebates are given. Once a deposit is made, it is virtually impossible to reverse it. You can only use your balance for ordering our services, hosting, SEO campaigns. You agree that once you have completed your deposit, you will not file a dispute or chargeback with us in any way, shape or form.

If you file a dispute or chargeback with us after making a deposit, we reserve all rights to terminate all future orders, ban you from our website. Wrong behavior (such as using an unapproved or stolen credit card) will result in the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Free Balance/Coupon Policy

We offer a variety of ways to get free balance, coupons, and deposit offers, but we generally reserve the right to review and deduct from your account balance if it is an abuse for any reason. If we decide to deduct some or all of the free balance from your account balance and your account balance becomes negative, the account will be automatically suspended. If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you can request a custom payment to clear your balance and activate your account.
